As the CEO’s executive assistant, Nellie also manages scheduling, communications, and key partnerships, facilitating smooth operations within the leadership team. The Director of New Business Development at The Fellas Barber Shop, where his extensive experience in scaling companies across the U.S. and Canada has been instrumental in the brand’s rapid expansion. Jorge is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing client relationships, and strategizing market entry and expansion. He brings a wealth of experience in leading diverse teams and simplifying business processes, using his “Less is More” philosophy to optimize efficiency and achieve financial success.
